According to an American research, aluminum foil can help with burns. All you need to do is clean the wound, dry it with a clean towel and add ointment to the burns. Afterward, wrap it with foil and fasten it with tape. That you will feel less pain.
Gets rid of ankle pain
Wrap the part of your body where you feel pain and try to walk as little as possible. Try to keep the foil on for a whole day or during the whole night. Repeat the procedure in ten days and then make a two-week break.
