Needed Ingredients:
Put the cinnamon in a pot with water and bring to boil. When it reaches its boiling point, you should reduce the heat and add the oats.
Let it boil for 5 minutes and remove it from heat. Make sure to cover and let it stand for 5 minutes. Add honey and salt and stir well. You should pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds while it is still hot. At the end add the lemon juice.
