First of all, you should know that different body types store fat in different locations. Well yes, and this means that by identifying the type of body you have, you’ll understand better how you can lose weight. Women can usually categorize their body type with one of the four major body shapes women have. The endocrine glands such as the adrenal, the thyroid, the pituitary, and the ovaries are found to affect to a large degree the shape a women’s body assumes. These are the glands that influence the main areas where women store fat in their bodies, and why women develop different body shapes.

These women have shapely legs and buttocks, but they tend to store a lot of fat around their bust, upper arms, and shoulders.
